The right choice of BCAA

The right choice of BCAA

We offer several types of BCAA and some may not know which ones to choose. Here is such a small overview that could help you choose the right BCAA just for you.

BCAA 2:1:1 in powder form:

They are classic BCAAs, which are characterized by quite low solubility and bitter taste.

Suitable for:

- People who do not mind less nice taste and solubility

- Those who solve an economically cheaper solution

Tip for use:

- Either put a teaspoon in your mouth and drink either with water or a drink

- Put in a shaker or mixer (something dissolves but it must be understood that something always stays on the surface)

Instant BCAA in powder form:

They also have a bitterish taste but have particularly good solubility.

Suitable for:

- People who are bothered by poorer solubility but do not mind the bitter taste and the tablets either do not have to or want to absorb them sooner.

Tip for use: Just mix into water or another drink with a spoon or shaker.

Flavoured instant BCAA in powder form:

Suitable for

- For people who want easily soluble and also tasty BCAA with fast absorption

Tip for use: Mix in water, can also be drunk during training

BCAA tablets:

For all those who do not like the powder form or want accurate dosing or are practical on the go.

BCAA 4:1:1 and 8:1:1

They are not instant, so they dissolve poorly.

Suitable for
