Banana protein cake

Treat yourself to this delicious protein cake.



  1. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork to make a, add the yolks, melted butter, yogurt, and milk.

  2. Mix oatmeal, buckwheat flour, erythritol and baking powder into the resulting mixture.

  3. Then divide the dough into two parts in a ratio of 2:1. To the larger part, add 25 g of banoffee protein, and to the smaller part, add 15 g of chocolate deluxe protein and cocoa.

  4. Finally, whisk the egg whites until hard and add them to both types of the dough.

  5. Pour the dough alternately - banana, chocolate, banana etc. - into the greased and floured cake form. Bake for 35 minutes at 170 degrees.
