Ingredients: Branched-Chain Amino Acid (BCAA) in ratio 8:1:1 (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine).

Suggested Use: Suitable as an additional source of branched amino acids, especially for athletes. The usual single dose is 5g (1 teaspoon) with 250ml of water. Recommended Daily Dose: 5000mg
