Bovine proteins

Easily digestible types of proteins with fast absorption. Bovine protein is an excellent solution for people who are lactose intolerant or are simply looking for a protein with a rich amino acid profile. Bovine proteins are made from beef, characterized by a high proportion of protein in the dry matter, trace amounts of carbohydrates and fats.

Their advantage is, among other things, that they do not contain cholesterol or lactose. They are particularly sought after as a supplement after workout and in the period of pre-competition preparations. Proteins in this group are characterized by a high content of glycine, proline and hydroxyproline.

The most popular are bovine protein isolate and bovine protein hydrolysate. After obtaining the isolate, the protein can be further processed by a hydrolysis process. The nutrient processed in this way is easier to digest.
