Použitie a dávkovanie
Use: once a day, let 15g of seeds swell in a glass of water and drink. A thick gel consistency will be created!
Since the seeds have excellent hydrophilic properties, they also have extended possibilities of use: e.g. for thickening sweet spreads or jams.
But they can also be added to cereals, yogurts, salads, sweet cakes, breakfast cereals and the like.
