It's a really great thing! According to our recipe, you can create an excellent chocolate hummus in a short time, which tastes much better than renowned Nutella. You can use it, for example, as a sweet spread on toast, soak fruit in it, or just have it alone - it tastes great in any case!
Required raw materials (for 1 serving):
- 100 g of cooked chickpeas (can also be canned)
- 20 g whey chocolate protein
- 8 g of organic cocoa
- 15 g peanut butter (smooth - fine)
- 15 g chicory syrup Original
- a little water / milk
Preparation
First, rinse the chickpeas thoroughly and put it in a blender. Add the other ingredients to the chickpeas and mix until a smooth mixture is obtained. If this mixture is too thick, you can add a little milk or water. Then it is time to consume.
