Fit upside-down apple pie

A fluffy and fragrant apple pie that is easy to prepare.


This dessert does not contain sugar or gluten, it is low in calories and you would still not distinguish it from the classic.

Required raw materials: 


Preparation

  1. Cut the apple into thin slices and place them on the bottom of a cake tin lined with baking paper.

  2. Then mix together all the other ingredients - apple puree, coconut flour, coconut, Greek yogurt, pudding powder, sweetener and baking powder. Create a dough and pour it into a mould.

  3. Bake in a heated oven at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes. After baking, turn the cake over on a plate, sprinkle with cinnamon and we can serve.
