Lyophilization of fruit, i.e. freeze drying, is an exceptional drying process, where the water is gently removed from the fruit while maintaining the colour, aroma, shape and nutritional values, which are also concentrated in smaller quantities.

Freeze-dried fruit is sensitive to moisture, even minimal. Any exposure to moisture or prolonged exposure to air will cause the fruit to soften. Therefore, always keep your hand 100% dry when opening and closing the package. Always close and check the package thoroughly. For even better storage, we recommend storing freeze-dried food in hermetically sealable containers.
