Not only protein but also quality sources of carbohydrates are needed to support the growth of muscle mass. Together, these macronutrients work synergistically.
The most important component of the Natural Nutrition post-workout gainer is fast carbohydrates in the form of maltodextrin and glucose. Maltodextrin is an oligosaccharide that is formed by combining several molecules of glucose (dextrose). It is therefore a more complex carbohydrate such as glucose and forms the largest percentage of the gainer.
Another important component of this post-workout gainer are proteins, which act synergistically with carbohydrates. Gainer Natural Nutrition therefore contains high quality, whey protein concentrate WPC80.
