Suggested Use: Take 1 capsule once a day and drink with a sufficient amount of water. Recommended Daily Dose: 1 Capsule Active Ingredients in RDD (1 Capsule): Horsetail Stem Extract 450mg* (of which Natural Silica 32mg*, Silicon 14mg*). *NRV not established. NRV = Nutrient Reference Value.
