Suggested Use: Take 1 capsule once a day and drink with a sufficient amount of water. Recommended Daily Dose: 1 Capsule Active Ingredients in RDD (1 Capsule): lactase (ß-D-Galactosidase) 100mg (10000ALU)*. *NRV not established. NRV = Nutrient Reference Value.
