Ingredients: Reishi Powder (Ganoderma lucidum), Vegetarian Capsule (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose). 

Important Information: Not recommended for children, persons under 18 years of age, pregnant, and lactating women. Food supplement not to be used as a substitute for a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage. 

Storage: Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight at temperatures between 6-25°C. Do not expose to frost and humidity. 

Suggested Use: Take 2 capsules and drink with a sufficient amount of water. Use twice a day. 

Recommended Daily Dose: 4 capsules
