Ingredients: Shark Cartilage. Allergens: Fish. 

Important Information: Not recommended for children, persons under 18 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Food supplement not to be used as a substitute for a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage. 

Storage: Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight at temperatures between 6-25°C. Do not expose to frost and humidity. 

Suggested Use: Add 1.5g of powder (2/3 teaspoon) to water and drink. Use once a day. 

Recommended Daily Dose: 1500mg 

Active Ingredients in RDD (1500mg): Shark Cartilage 1500mg (Nutrient Reference Value not established).
