Soy proteins
Soy, i.e. vegetable proteins, are a cheaper alternative to proteins of animal origin. The products in this category are based on the highest quality Soy Protein Isolate (SPI), which is characterized by a high protein content, excellent solubility, easy digestibility, and pleasant taste.
