Vegan proteins
Valuable plant sources of protein from rice, wheat, peas, hemp, soybeans and whole freshwater algae (Chlorella protothecoides), without the presence of pesticides, heavy metals and GMOs.
Such protein sources are a suitable replacement for whey protein, particularly for athletes who do not eat meat or other animal products. They are sought after not only by vegans and vegetarians, but also by those who suffer from food intolerance, e.g. to lactose. They have an average of 20g of protein in one serving and, compared to animal protein, are mostly a rich source of fibre, vitamins, minerals and micronutrients.
