WPC80 (protein concentrate) is a protein with at least 80% protein in the dry matter.
Whey is a complex substance that is obtained from milk. It is composed of proteins, lactose, minerals, immunoglobulins and trace amounts of fat.
The proteins contained contribute to the growth and development of muscle mass and healthy bones.
Whey vs. casein
These are the proteins contained in cow's milk. Casein makes up about 80% and whey 20% of protein.
However, whey has a higher % of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), which allows it to synthesize faster and therefore digest faster. That is why WPC consumption is suitable before and after training.
Casein (milk protein, MPC), on the other hand, is a so-called nocturnal protein because it works more slowly, digests more slowly, but stays in the body for much longer, allowing the muscles to gradually supply amino acids.

Use and dosage
It is used as an additional source of protein, especially for athletes, and it is best to consume it immediately after training. The usual single dose is 30 g. Mix the recommended dose in approximately 300 ml of water.
One aligned 70 ml scoop has 27 g of protein. The scoop is not part of the package, you can buy it in the category Scoops and cans.
Warning!
The product is not suitable for children, people under 15, pregnant and breastfeeding women. The product must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children. The specified recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
Remember that high temperatures cause the whey protein to denature (degrade).
