Ingredients: Magnesium Citrate, Bulking-Agents: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate; Zinc Picolinate, Anti-Caking Agent: Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6).
Important Information: Not recommended for children, persons under 18 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Food supplement not to be used as a substitute for a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet. Do not use with dairy products and other calcium supplements. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight at temperatures between 6-25°C. Do not expose to frost and humidity.
Suggested Use: Take 3 tablets and drink with a sufficient amount of water. Use once a day on empty stomach, preferably 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Recommended Daily Dose: 3 tablets
