Ingredients: Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Oxide, Zinc L-Aspartate, Zinc Mono-L-Methionine Sulfate, Pyridoxine HCL (Vitamin B6), Bulking-Agent: Talc; Gelatin Capsule, Anti-Caking Agent: Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
Important Information: Not recommended for children, persons under 18 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Food supplement not to be used as a substitute for a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet. Do not use with dairy products and other calcium supplements. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight at temperatures between 6-25°C. Do not expose to frost and humidity.
Suggested Use: Take 2 capsules and drink with a sufficient amount of water. Use once a day on empty stomach, preferably 30-60 minutes before a bedtime.
