Collagen

The most important and richest protein in our body is collagen. It is found in muscles, bones, skin, digestive tract and connective tissues. In fact, we have more collagen in our body than any other type of protein (particularly type I collagen). Its degradation or deficiency can cause problems with skin wrinkles, up to joint problems.
