Would you like to have some dessert, but don't want to spend a long time in the kitchen? Try these divine coconut slices! Their preparation is quite simple and will not take you much time.

The slices are fluffy and at the same time juicy thanks to the coconut content. In addition, they are loaded with proteins and are sure to please your taste buds!

Ingredients: 

Preparation: 

  1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites and whisk the egg whites into the stiff snow.

  2. Whisk the yolks with the sweetener into the foam, add 150 g of kefir and mix again.

  3. Add spelled and coconut flour, protein, 30 g of coconut and a teaspoon of baking soda and mix thoroughly.

  4. Carefully mix the protein snow into the dough.

  5. Pour the dough onto a small baking sheet, sprinkle with the rest of the coconut and bake at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes.

  6. After pulling out, gently pierce the slices with a stick and pour 80 g of kefir while still warm. Then you can serve.
