Psyllium is husks from Plantago ovata plant seeds that are a rich source of soluble fibre. Psyllium helps to maintain bowel movement, supports digestion and has positive influence to cholesterol and lipid levels in the blood. 

Add Psyllium husks to your breakfast porridge, granola, yogurt, curd, smoothies or use them to thicken your sauce, soup etc. Upon contact with water, the fibre increases in volume and forms a gel-like structure.
