Simple and fast protein cookies

Protein cookies that will please not only your taste but also your nutritional values to satisfy every food connoisseur.

Ingredients:

2 bananas

3 eggs

2 TBSP (32 g) of fine peanut butter

3 scoops (90 g) of chocolate or vanilla protein

1 cup (80 g) of oatmeal

56 g of coconut flour

3 TBSP of honey / maple syrup - with a lower calorie version of stevia

1 TSP baking soda

a pinch of salt

Topping (optionally):

60 g of hot chocolate

almond flakes


Preparation:

Mix oatmeal or grind to flour and mix all dry Ingredients together. Then add the other Ingredients and mix everything together. If the dough is supple without milk, add it into it. On a baking sheet on which you have already baking paper, place about 1 tablespoon of the mixture. Cookies do not have to be in perfect shape, because they will still grow. Also, do not put them right next to each other, but at a reasonable distance. The top can be decorated with finely chopped chocolate or almond flakes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes or until brown.
