Ingredients: Branched-Chain Amino Acid (BCAA) in ratio 2:1:1 (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), Bulking Agent: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Anti-Caking Agents: Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.
Important Information: Not recommended for children, persons under 18 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Food supplement not to be used as a substitute for a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight at temperatures between 6-25°C. Do not expose to frost and humidity.
Suggested Use: Take 5 tablets and drink with a sufficient amount of water. Use once a day, preferably after training.

trošku väčšie tabletky, ktoré môžu byť pre niekoho problém. Ja som si zvykol, že to zapijem väčším množstvom vody a je to v pohode. Účinok úplne presne posúdiť neviem nakoľko som ich začal brať 5 dní dozadu, ale cítil som sa pri tréningu (home workout + posilňovanie s činkami) a aj na druhý deň po tréningu omnoho lepšie a myslím že účinok sa prejavil. Zatiaľ mi tieto BCAA vyhovujú a som spokojný. Zatiaľ dávkujem 3tabl 30min pred tréningom a 2tabl hneď ako skončím tréning, a pri day off ,ráno po zobudení 2tabl a 2tabl večer pred spaním.
